In consideration for permission to participate in any Roots to Revolution coursework, you agree to release from liability and waive your right to sue Roots to Revolution, their employees, officers, volunteers and agents (collectively "Roots to Revolution") from any and all claims, including claims of Roots to Revolution's negligence, resulting in any physical, emotional, or psychological harm or injury, illness (including death) or economic loss, including tuition payment, you may suffer, claim to suffer or which may result from you participation in Roots to Revolution coursework or any events reasonably incidental to same. Roots to Revolution requires full tuition payment prior to participation in Roots to Revolution coursework, unless otherwise agreed upon by Roots to Revolution, in writing. All tuition payments are final.
