Educator Training

EDUCATOR TRAINING

In our professional development trainings, we work with educators to create anti-racist curricula for their specific content areas. We specialize in:

  • Developing an anti-racist curriculum at any grade level

  • Guiding school leaders and administrators in supporting educators and fostering equity within school communities

  • Sharing pedagogical frameworks and strategies for teaching inclusive curricula

  • Teaching students civic engagement and activism

Workshops

WORKSHOPS

We offer workshops for any organization moving towards more anti-racist practices. We can work with you to customize programming to suit your organizational interests and priorities. Here are examples of what workshops of varying lengths can do for your team:

  • 90-minute workshops provide an overview of the history of systemic racism in America.

  • 3-6 hour workshops provide a deeper understanding of key portions of the history of systemic racism in the United States. Includes time for discussion as well as opportunities for action planning as a team.

  • With a workshop series, we can work with you to design ongoing training and curriculum to support equity, justice and an enriched understanding of history within your organization.
